Roseville company Telefunkin Semiconductors America LLC has recently made a name change. The developer and manufacturer of eight-inch microchips will now be recognized as TSI Semiconductors LLC, and has a new team of managers in place too.

The 2013 Loomis Basin Has Talent competition is currently seeking out local talent for this years contest. Loomis Basin is located approximately 10 miles to the northeast of Roseville, and the talent competition will be held throughout April and May at the Blue Goose Event Center.

A large variety of colorful, creative and revved up autos rolled in to the 63rd Annual Sacramento Autorama on Friday, February 15, for a fun-filled weekend of cars, cars, and more cars, with a handful of specialty vehicles and motorcycles thrown in to the mix.

Gem Faire, one of the biggest jewelry, gem, and bead shows in the U.S, is scheduled to visit Roseville the in early February.

A couple of new businesses are scheduled to locate in Roseville in the near future. These businesses include a FedEx distribution center and Santillan Jewelers. In addition to these, Roseville will also witness the return of a local business - 2H @ Bunz & Company - and the relocation of Granitee Pointe Eye Care.

A local jewelry chain, Kenny G & Co. Fine Jewelers, moved its Galleria Boulevard store in Roseville to the Fountains earlier this month. The previous location was at 1132 Galleria Boulevard. The new store, encompassing almost 2,700 square feet of space, is located in the Fountains next to the Coldwater Creek outlet. The new location was opened on Thursday, November 1.

The 2nd Annual HalloWind Ghoulapalooza, sponsored by Wind Youth Services, will whoosh by in time for Halloween, featuring a costume contest, food, drinks and dancing as part of the evenings entertainment.
